日健高齡康樂中心

日健高齡康樂中心 Yet Keen Seniors' Day Centre: 日健高齡康樂中心是森瑪錫西社康中心轄下的一個服務項目。本中心之宗旨為：提倡高齡長者之自立、自理、自愛精神，增進身心健康; 幫助對安全、醫藥、疾病預防及社會福利之認識；提供社交、娛樂、健身之便利；減輕高齡人士之孤寂感及家人長期照顧老弱者之負荷。日健高齡康樂中心對外開放時間為星期二至星期五，早上9:30至下午3:30。

Yet Keen Seniors' Day Centre is a program of Somerset West Community Health Centre. Our goal is to improve the quality of life of our members by helping them maintain their physical / social well-being, and independence. Yet Keen is open 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday) from 9:30am to 3:30pm.

Yet Keen Seniors' Day Centre's operation relies on both public funding and private donations. Click here to donate any amount to support Yet Keen's work (Select "3. Yet Keen Seniors Day Centre"). Tax receipts will be mailed out quarterly for any donation above CAD$20.
