Mission Statement:
Bon Appetit Ottawa provides a recipe for both hunger and poverty relief in the National Capital Region. Driven by the hospitality industry to support the operational needs of local charities BAO has a particular focus on children and the elderly.

宗旨： 渥太華“津津有味” 慈善机構的主要目的, 是通過本地歺館酒店業商人和各位有心人仕的努力捐助，支持國家首都區的的慈善機構, 救助飢餓和貧苦大众, 我們更特別側重於兒童和老人的需要。

Bon Appetit Ottawa is the Best cocktail party for 17 years! 

This food and wine show welcomes over 2000 people to enjoy the delicious creations of the region’s top chefs, paired with samplings of the most renowned wineries and breweries (Age of Majority event). 2014 will be Bon Appetit Ottawa's 3rd year at the EY Centre. This state-of-the-art conference centre allows us more space and increased efficiencies – so we can make the best cocktail party of the year even better. The EY Centre will serve up:
• Shorter lines
• More seating
• Easier access for vendors
• More parking

Your $85 ticket (including a $50 tax receipt) includes all of the food and beverages for the evening.

 我們供應美好的食物和葡萄酒, 在展覽場欣勤招待超過2000位嘉賓, 享受首都區的頂級廚師創意美食，品嚐知名葡萄酒廠和釀酒廠樣品（飲酒年齡受法定限制）。 “津津有味” 將会繼續第3年在渥太華南部的EY會議(展覽場)中心舉行。 這個中心泊車方便, 会場內地方寬敞, 可容納上千的賓客和參展廚師和酒商, 讓我們共聚一堂, 享受這一年一度的雞尾酒會。 

“津津有味”是慈善派對, 每人85元是包括当晚所有的食品和飲料,和50元的退稅收據。
